Note that 1.0.4.3 was the original mandatory version to have, but because of a miscode in the new stake modifier protocol it resulted in the chain becoming stuck. An upgrade to v1.0.4.4, which fixes the miscode, is required to be in sync with the blockchain.

1. Download the latest snapshot from http://167.99.208.52/veil/snapshots/veilSnapshot-2019-08-30-337099.zip

2. Open your Veil directory and remove all files besides wallet.dat, veil.conf and backups folder

If you do not find a Veil.conf file in your directory, you can create one in the wallet preferences, or by saving a text file named Veil.conf in the Veil directory.

THIS IS HOW YOUR DIRECTORY SHOULD LOOK LIKE BEFORE PASTING IN THE SNAPSHOT

3. Open your Veil.conf and add this peers to your config

4. Extract the snapshot in your Veil directory
5. Start the latest Veil wallet v1.0.4.4 and it should start syncing

Important steps do not reconsiderblock or invalidateblock etc!

6. If your wallet is stuck on a certain block, simply just restart the wallet and it should unstuck!
7. For now please check the latest block here, until Explorer is up again!
